Great customer service. I met with Daniel. He was very polite and helpful and showed me all of my options to help me with what I was looking for. I will definitely go back to this location and request to work with Daniel in the future. It's always nice to do business with people that really care about their customers.
Went in to upgrade two phones on my account and it was an easy process. Draven gave us a fantastic quote for upgrades and honored a promo. I would go in this location again for any sort of help or future purchase.
Stay away from Broadmoor store, horrible customer service from Assistant Manager (Joseph Mickles) the business is only as good as it’s leadership and he isn’t a leader. He has no idea how to handle issues with customer orders or even act professional. I’ve been a Verizon customer for 15 years and should be treated with respect. District Manager Prentice Williams please clean up that store!
Verizon was actively scamming my mom for around $200 a month for years. After I noticed my moms phone bill seemed high (an excess of $400 a month) I decided to stop in this location to see what she was paying for. I was pretty much told that I could lower the bill by adding bundles or turning on auto pay and that I could control what was paid for on the app. After finally gaining access in the app, I realized there was a multitude of add ons that were of absolutely no use totaling around $200 extra a month.
