I upgraded my phone here and ever since, it has been a nonstop headache of contacting Verizon every month about my exorbitantly high bill, them applying a credit to my account only for them to remove the credit right before my bill comes due. I've been getting overcharged for 6 months now, I'm being charged nearly double what I should be. It is disgusting. I got to the store very frustrated and time-pressed with a complex issue to work through. The staff, especially Coleman, worked with me to find good solutions and went above and beyond to make sure I and my son had working phones and the best plan for our needs. I cannot express how thankful I am for their help and patience with my non- tech savvy self. Will always chose this location when I need assistance. Absolutely 5 star service!

Great customer service. I met with Daniel. He was very polite and helpful and showed me all of my options to help me with what I was looking for. I will definitely go back to this location and request to work with Daniel in the future. It's always nice to do business with people that really care about their customers.
