I got to the store very frustrated and time-pressed with a complex issue to work through. The staff, especially Coleman, worked with me to find good solutions and went above and beyond to make sure I and my son had working phones and the best plan for our needs. I cannot express how thankful I am for their help and patience with my non- tech savvy self. Will always chose this location when I need assistance. Absolutely 5 star service!
Great customer service. I met with Daniel. He was very polite and helpful and showed me all of my options to help me with what I was looking for. I will definitely go back to this location and request to work with Daniel in the future. It's always nice to do business with people that really care about their customers.
Went in to upgrade two phones on my account and it was an easy process. Draven gave us a fantastic quote for upgrades and honored a promo. I would go in this location again for any sort of help or future purchase.
