1st time, the salesman was being super pushy after repeatedly telling him we dont want any add ons and that we were only upgrading one phone. 2nd time, it took 40 minutes just to drop off a phone.
I got great service on Friday night 12/6/24 at about 7 PM. I didn’t catch the guys name but he was super helpful as well was the manager on duty. Upper management should buy both these guys lunch as a thank you. It’s so hard to find helpful, kind, and knowledgeable employees.
Tried to charge me a $50 fee to restock a faulty device with no power cord. Then they said my old phone which said I got 286 trade in credit isnt real apparently?
