12yr customer at verizon Worst customer service!! placed a order at the branch in person upgraded 2 phones, 1 was available the 2nd one was not in stock the lady told me she was going to just send both together because it was harder for her to process like that so she decided to send me both phones thru the mail never gave me more options,she did not tell me i had to be present the day the phones were going to arrive its my 2nd attempt because no one is home and i called and they cant do nothing about it i have to take part ... read more
