Not very smart staff Uncaring staff Too expensive
Just walked into this store and talked to john to get some questions about my bill and figure out were i can save on my account. Usually i go to the one near my house in Blythewood and they are awsome and very helpful. I desided to go to the one near my job on my lunch break and john was no help at all every question i had he keep saying we dont do that in store all we do is sell phones. My question is how do you not help with anything to do with account ?when you sell a phone you have to get into the account correct. Overal... read more
