I went in with an appointment and was greeted with a scowling faced rep. She could not answer one question. The manager said "We dont help people with phone issues - we only sell phones." I told them this was the first store that ever said that and he kicked me out of the store.
Avoid this store at all costs. The management here is completely incompetent and unprofessional. They refuse to honor corporate agreements and have zero respect for their customers' time or money. I’ve never seen such a lack of basic service in a retail environment. Save yourself the stress and go anywhere else. Absolutely do not recommend.
