Best customer service I've seen in my life, the wait was excruciating though
The manager jacked up my online trade in. Spent hours on the phone to correct the issue. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Just order online, have stuff shipped and never go inside. Never.

I called to let them know they have a store front that's losing them business and they couldn't do anything... only could try and transfer me to the store that was worthless... and guess what 20 rings no answer go figure. But the representative was nice and tried.
