My bill was supposed to be $65. When I received my bill it was for $450 the reps pretty much unhelpful couldn’t tell me why I’m being charged that amount or even when it was charged. I talked to a guy named Neil who was very rude not patient and shoved me out of the way as soon as somebody with an upgrade or a new line came in the store he was more worried about getting his commission then he was about helping me figure out what’s going on with my bill, I was called stupid and idiot. Best customer service I've seen in my life, the wait was excruciating though
The manager jacked up my online trade in. Spent hours on the phone to correct the issue. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Just order online, have stuff shipped and never go inside. Never.
