I was told by my business rep when I went to the store that the one talk desk phone was free. Called and was told by the rep over the phone that that phone is costing me $160.00. Which was probably more because I didn’t know. I was making payments on that device. The lesson is to watch your bill look over every charge. There is something definitely going on in that store on a sales goal/commission. So to the person that scans all reviews, if you want to make it right, you can refund what I have paid on this device.
