If I could give 0 stars I would. I came into the verizon two days before Thanksgiving the verizon business manager Dominick James helped me. He said my bill would be $250 a month. The first bill came in at $415.21. I reached out to Dominick to inform him and he never respond. I tried to call him it went straight to voicemail like her blocked me. The second bill is $323 still not $250.This is what they do they get you in contract promise you that your bill will be a certain price and then block you and hope you just go away.T... read more
Easy to pay bills
I went into this store to purchase a phone in full. I was charged only tax. I switched companies who offered to pay off our phones. We were not aware we owed on this phone till it was too late. I found out I owed money on thos phone a month or 2 after switching to a new carrier. Please do not go to this store or switch to verizion. You will be sorry!!! Trying to get a real live person on the phone is almost impossible!!!
