Can't use video calling anymore, they couldn't help at the store told me to contact 611. It's been 4 hours and I keep getting call backs trying to get 5's on surveys instead of fixing the problem. They won't help unless I do a survey first. But in reality they want me to give 5's so they can hang up on me instead of helping. Survey = more money for them
I don't go into then store often because of the bad customer service this store has and is known for. I went in to talk to someone about the promotions that are having HBO MAX and netflix. I felt like I was an inconvenience to the guy talking with me. Not pleasant at all. From now on I'm going to go to another store . I'm a long time loyal member for 24 years and if this is how customers are going to be treated I don't want any part of you
Employees are not particularly helpful, thus am not 100% happy with new phone. L
