Awesome Verizon location that helped us out when we were in town. Great customer service and the store was very clean and welcoming. The staff was definitely a well managed technical "team". Thanks to Shawna and Kat, we were in and out with minimal delay.
5 reps inside the store and NONE of them are business account reps. And apparently the left hand of Verizon can NOT talk to the right hand….
Sales agent was not very pleasant after I told her I didn't want to change my plan if I buy a new phone and was told no other way to get a new phone. I couldn't see having to pay a higher price for my 2nd phone when I wasn't trading it in. I just wanted to trade in one phone.
Best Verizon branch I've been to by far. Five star service, resolved all my issues very fast would recommend for sure
