Lauren was fantastic and great to talk to while in the store. She kindly informed me of a great deal which I’m happy about because I wasn’t planing on getting a new watch but here I am with a new phone and watch and as happy as can be. There was a man who also helped (i think his name started with an A) that was also very nice and helpful. I was in the store no more than 30 mins. Quick and easy!

TERRIBLE customer service!!! I went in to just get information on trade ins, and the manager checked me in (a woman), and told me she couldn’t help me because she wanted a rep to help me… there was one person working and he was busy. I waited and waited and no one came out to help! Mind you- another team member came in, went to the back, and the manager was already back there. I asked if I could get someone to just answer questions for me and the guy out front said he was so sorry he didn’t know why they wouldn’t come out. T... read more
I had a great experience at this store after a pretty poor experience at the Parker store. I found Donnie to be helpful, professional, kind, and very competent. He listened to my situation and did his best to find the best cost-effective solution. I will be returning here for service whenever I need plan or phone updates.
