TERRIBLE customer service!!! I went in to just get information on trade ins, and the manager checked me in (a woman), and told me she couldn’t help me because she wanted a rep to help me… there was one person working and he was busy. I waited and waited and no one came out to help! Mind you- another team member came in, went to the back, and the manager was already back there. I had a great experience at this store after a pretty poor experience at the Parker store. I found Donnie to be helpful, professional, kind, and very competent. He listened to my situation and did his best to find the best cost-effective solution. I will be returning here for service whenever I need plan or phone updates.
Poor Service every time
Went into this store in Centennial and traded in for a new phone and plan AFTER the rep promised a $700 credit and trade in allowance. Ended with neither and getting billed for $40 a month higher than promised. Went to. Verizon web site, tried chat and text and exactly ZERO help. Going to AT&T tomorrow.
