Lack of customer service and professionally.
Busy Sunday morning but Kane was amazing and multi tasking like a Rockstar. I was in and out in no time!! Plus my problem was addressed and fixed!!! I can't remember the guys name but he was just as amazing and fast!!
They solved the problem. My only concern was the initial contact seemed cold and unfriendly. By the time they found the issue, it seemed better. It was not busy when we went in, so that should not have been an issue.
Accomplished my Tasks there......
