I clean this store every night but aside from the the staff have all been amazing to me
Walked in to the rudest lady I can remember meeting. She had no business in the customer service industry. I asked for an iPhone that was 15 or previous. I was told they "ain't got nuttin but bran nu.". I asked about a 15 clearly displayed on the wall and then was told "days Jess a display". I left and won't return. I may not even use Verizon from now on. Pathetic service.
My phone barely works but for maybe a minute,can’t get through to anybody with my phone if I even make it past that stupid robot,terrible customer service
