Super busy, even had several staff tied up with people calling Verizon trying to work out problems. After 30 minutes i left and decided to stay with the t mobile even though i was over them.
Staff are nothing but sales associates. Completely worthless for anything else, which is a big problem given Verizon’s legendarily awful customer service. And, as if any further evidence was needed, my review produced nothing but a canned response from a Verizon AI bot which failed to address any of my concerns and contained no useful information. Previously, their bot “promised”, weeks ago, that a human rep would contact me to follow up. I’m not holding my breath.
