Employees are rude and just want to rush you out the door. I went in for an upgrade and to see if I qualified for a free phone or discount. The guy (he didn't introduce himself) told me I would have to go to a different company to get a free phone. He didn't even look at me. He just kept looking up and out the door. The worst customer service/sales. I think we had about a 2 min interaction.
Do not, I repeat do not visit the store there's 2 more within just a few miles I don't know who hired these guys but it is the most unprofessional store I've ever been to and I don't mean phone store I mean store at all any store, remember you've been warned ⚠️
Poor excuse for employees. You get 1 new phone and line added and you say please take the tablet and the iWatch of my plan and they disconnected 2 active cell phones. They talk over you and try to sell you stuff you don't need or asked for.
