Signed me up for multiple things I didn't ask for and in fact said I didn't want. Opened up a new phone line under the acct, said it was irrelevant and free and would save me money. Put my old phone on the acct, stated three times I didn't want the hulu disney joint billing and he did it anyways, i never asked him to upgrade my phone line to unlimited plus but he took it upon himself. My wife and I have been to this store twice in the last two weeks and received the same treatment both times. No one wanted to help us or even take the time to check. We’ve been customers for years, and this level of service is ridiculous. We are just trying to upgrade our phones.
