They do not seem educated on their products rebates? I should have stuck with an I phone. I was talked into a Note 4 Samsung(it's more like a mini tablet,)not a phone. My husband hates his. Next time, if I say I want an I phone, then sell me an I phone. It was and still is a hard transition for us. Plus, you can't understand their phone reps.? What ever happened to old fashioned (talk to a person) on the phone?

I was a customer for 11 years. Requested them to disconnect my jet box in June 2014 for good, they suspended to 90 days only, then, but never disconnected for good. In January 6, 2016 I called to change companies, because they were charging me $120 to 140 per month for 2th only a month. I requested to disconnect my service, but to keep my phone to another company that I pay only $60 per month for 10gb. So I paid my Bill's in full $0 balance. Associate was determined to sell me a $30 tempered glass screen protector. Said it was hammer proof. I was in a hurry, so I bought it. In LESS than 24 hours, the screen protector cracked when our toddler dropped my phone. Took my phone to the store with the receipt from the previous day. Was told I had to go through the manufacturer (who wanted another 12.95 for a replacement) & the store would not return it. Needless to say, I am disputing the charge on my credit card & will… See more
