Unless you're getting a new phone don't bother going in, whatever other service or help you're looking for, you'd be better server just calling customer support. The store here managed to make my request (with an upfront charge of course) into a problem that turned into a three hour phone call later on with someone that actually knew something.
Very friendly service. Representative was knowledgeable, quick, and helpful. He made sure I could log into all my accounts on my new phone. Made switching to a new plan with a new phone easy.
