My husband and I walked into the Verizon store to look at phones yesterday afternoon. We barely got in the door before the employee, who was busy with 2 customers, held her hand up and said loudly "It's going to be at least 2 hours before I can even talk to you". Not surprisingly, we left. Horrible horrible horrible greeting to potential customers. DO BETTER!!!
