I don't want to give them the 1 star I want, but BEWARE this is not an actual Verizon store. I purchased a phone 3 weeks ago, it just stopped working and now I am without a phone because I purchased the phone from a 3rd party. Had I purchased directly from Verizon, I would have been able to do an instore exchange, new screen protector, etc. Instead, I am 4 days now without my business phone. Waste of time
