Bought galaxy fold phone from here 3 months later the phone stops working and when I go to the store the person working there tells me that Verizon doesn't care and then laughs at me. So very unprofessional I can't believe Verizon would employ people like this.
Let me say, if you have a problem with your phone and your phone is acting up with anything and it is a Verizon phone or even if it isn't please just go into this store. These men and women know exactly what they're doing. I had been dealing with an issue off and on for a couple of months where my phone would not send text messages to a certain group of people.
