This is hands down the best experience I’ve ever had in a Verizon store. Reese is absolutely amazing. He and his coworker Michael gat me and my daughter into new phones stayed an hour past close to help us complete transfers of our old phones to our new ones. Offered waters and we talked like old buddies. They were so kind to my little girl helping her and showing her new features on her new phone and just made our entire night. The people at this store are amazing. I had a lot of questions, a lot of concerns, and they were on top of it. 10/10 service which is hard to find these days!
