Verizon on westlake blv customer service, Alfredo was helpful, kind and knowledgeable. He help trouble shoot an issue, also saved me money on my monthly Verizon bill. Explained benifits of a new S 26 + and by doing a trade in only cost me 200.00. Also, the Ultra watch having longer battery life. The staff was all Very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Verizon Westlake for great service!
Was disappointed to hear that it's no longer an actual Verizon store. However the guys who work there were pretty helpful and worked with me for over an hour to resolve a problem with one of my phones.
No longer an actual Verizon store. It's a contracted store. My brand new phone stopped working after 4 days and they wanted to charge me $40 for a new Sim card. Or, they said, I could drive to Topanga to go to an ACTUAL Verizon store and they'd fix it for free. So basically, they said, "You owe us $40 to make your brand new phone work the way we told you it would when you bought it."
They lied to me and about deals, marked my old phone as a new device and added new service. Upsold me on items saying they were"free" took advantage of senior age and how long they were taking, 3 different agents. Look out for the bait and switch. One star for the air conditioning.
Oh, I have to tell you, Esteban, Esteban, and Brianna at Verizon Westlake. We’re unbelievably helpful, kind and patient they solve the problem which I couldn’t solve myself. They couldn’t have been any better. They deserve something in their jacket. Thank you so much Verizon. I will never cheat on you.
