Really bad service. They make you wait for hours to talk to anybody. Do not buy a phone from them. The employees dismiss you They are condescending and patronizing

I went in looking for a new phone, a new watch, and a new mobile hotspot. I stood there for 20 to 30 minutes and no one even greeted or acknowledged me or said, you're next in line. I have been a Verizon customer for almost 30 years, and find myself seeking other platforms now. Even if I decided to stay with Verizon I won't be getting it from the Westlake location.

When my phone suddenly stopped getting service (even with Wi-Fi), I visited this store and was immediately helped by Tab. He was professional, personable, and clearly knew his stuff—quickly troubleshooting the issue, swapping SIMs, and even showing me a great 5G home internet option that saved me money. When the issue persisted the next day, I came back and was helped by Dustin.
