Horrible customer service, I visited the Vacaville location and was told that the Fairfield location had two of each of the particular phones I was interested in. I drove to Fairfield only to be told they didn’t have any in stock even though a gentleman in the background was telling another customer he had two in stock. Will definitely not be returning to this location again
2 days with out a phone and cant help me call customer service to help activate.
Useless place. Spent two hours at the store to transfer the esim, not only he weren't to do so, the employee Adrienne locked my kid out of his phone number because he tried to authenticate it multiple times. Stay away, they don't know what they are doing. I also felt uneasy about the way that employee handle customer phone and take it away unlocked.
