2 days with out a phone and cant help me call customer service to help activate.
Useless place. Spent two hours at the store to transfer the esim, not only he weren't to do so, the employee Adrienne locked my kid out of his phone number because he tried to authenticate it multiple times. Stay away, they don't know what they are doing. I also felt uneasy about the way that employee handle customer phone and take it away unlocked.
I had an issue with my phone, and Manager Ulises and Ana at Verizon Wireless went above and beyond to help me out! From the start, they were super friendly, patient, and made the whole experience stress-free. You can really tell they care about their customers. It’s rare to find that kind of genuine, helpful service. I left with my problem resolved and a big smile on my face. Thank you! Ulises and Ana, you guys are amazing!
Try to call the store to see if they have a wireless charger. And get routed to some AI automation machine. CAN'T EVEN TALK TO A REAL HUMAN BEING
