I hope you read this and address your customer service which is in need of help.i tried for three weeks to create the auto pay account. After numerous calls, I believe 6 to different sources for help I was ready to give up. I was sent to a Verizon store at centre of new England in coventry and the employee there , doing nothing, told me they just do phones. Waste my time. Awful! One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Could not get a straight answer. The wait at a location is way too long. All they think about is $$$$---never we, the customer.
