Terrible experience. I went to a corporate store in hopes to avoid the nonsense at an authorized retailer. Big mistake. Blatantly lied to about what was needed to upgrade devices. High intensity sales tactics and deceiving staff. Luckily, Verizon was able to assist and rectify everything that went wrong with visiting this store. Avoid it if you can
This Verizon location is amazing! My husband and I are hopelessly inept when it comes to technology, and we came here to have his password retrieved. This nice guy (Tony!!) helped us through every step. Due to the security measures in place with Apple it took a while. With persistence and knowledge Tony was able to get it done. I highly recommend this Verizon location- and Tony, if you’re lucky enough to have him wait on you !
The girl who helped us Gianna was very nice ,polite and helpful .We were very happy and satisfied with our new phone & service . Highly recommend going to this store and ask for Gianna shes amazing !!
