Dude was barely interested when we just needed assistance. We pay a ton and have been customers well over 10 years. Too bad commission was clearly his only interest. Looking elsewhere. Considering another company if the next Verizon we visit is as callous as this place. We shall see.
Wouldn’t match Verizon.com prices at all wasted 45 minutes. Go to either Best Buy or Verizon app for a much better and smoother experience
It would be nice to just have a place that can fix your phone without all of the up selling.
