This is a Verizon Central office. No public business is held here....
For anyone who doesn't know, this building was never intended to be a publiclocation. It's a big building where inside they have the equipment that in the old days switched telephone calls, now it's just full of internet routers and computers that handle your Facebook traffic.
Poor customer service I pay my bill every month before it's due and I still experience outages every day
