Very little help they had out of town people come in we traded my sons phone then got charged 800.00 for his phone 900.00 for mine had to get auto pay they took 430.00 out of my account for fees then I tried to change my auto pay and they said I wasn’t a manager they can’t help with that but they set up auto pay and let me buy 2 phones and I have been cleared for manger two other times!

Waited an hour just for the guy to tell me I'm not eligible even tho online I am for upgrade. Something that could tooken 5 mins to see if I qualify waited an hour
