I stopped by the other day to see my options for changing from another provider to Verizon. When I say Jeff M. had a smooth response for every question and provided me with better options than my current provider, I couldn't wait to switchover. I have broken my I phone 16 pro max I did this on Father’s Day today is now 5 days past the phone insurance claim called asurion DO NOT GET A PHONE THROUGH VERIZON. They have put in multiple claims and since it’s 3rd party asurion keeps denying them. I’ve been in 4 stores and on 15 phone calls total of 27 hours of my time. Meadville store felt so bad they gave me a 13 pro but now I can not switch service because I had a 16 down to 13 I have my front screen back screen and battery is swelled up causing a smell and getting hot... read more
I asked about a locked iPhone 15. Employee named Stephen who has been there "for a long time" used very inappropriate language in addressing my issues, addressed me unprofessionally, and basically just told me to give up and get out of the building. If I had brought my dad with me (or if I was a man), I'm sure he wouldn't have addressed me in such an offensive manner.
