Hit or miss staff. Some have been terrific and others completely useless.
Significantly better in-store merchandise in stock than the other store I visited in Erie. They were knowledgeable and professional.

She was able to diagnose the problem and get me on my way after getting bounced around between a franchise Verizon Store, being sent to Best Buy and then to the Cell Phone Repair place by the movie theatre! I appreciate all the help I have received. I can't possibly imagine working here.. I only trust 2 of the employees..that being said It really is such a disappointment that Jeff was fired..
