After hours - and hours - on the phone and on-line with Verizon sale support, my issues were resolved with the help of Kurt, Rashid, & Daron. Verizon online/phone sales were a mess. They made many mistakes trying to get my account set up. I should have gone into the store from the start.

I recommend him if you are interested in finding a verizon product that matches what you are looking for. He offered his cell number in case I needed to ask for his help. He facilitated contact between me and Verizon wired services so they could add discounts for being a customer of both Verizon Fios at home and Verizon wireless for cellular service.
