I had an excellent experience here carrying over a phone from another wireless provider. Aaron Eisenstat was friendly, efficient, and very patient explaining the various plans and, once we had selected a course of action, exactly what he was doing in each step of the setup. He answered all of my questions in detail and gave helpful tips when I asked for them. I was pretty anxious about setting up a new phone but he made it easy! Highly recommend.
