Do NOT Shop at this store! I lost my phone on 6/20/2025. Walked into the store to obtain a new one since it's the closest store to me. Two representatives "helped" me (it looked like one was being trained and the other was teaching her how to "sell". They both mentioned that the line and the phone would be free and I'd only have to pay the taxes since I have 4 other lines with them. Cannot really rate this place, just needed to purchase a phone cord but the price was higher than the normal at $22.00. It was for someone else though who did not need cord after all and wrong part. I returned it. However, Verizon did have good fast service and were pleasant!
Having been a Verizon customer for years, I am dissatisfied with the customer service I have received. Apparently, their technical personnel require further training or a more suitable position. Better customer service less rude and disrespectful when coming for the new promotions
