Can I just start by saying how incredibly helpful Ignacio was? Originally, we had stopped by the Verizon store in Prunedale and the rep only seemed interested in pawning us off. We had two issues. 1. I had been sold a screen protector that was $60 the day before ata different location when I bought a new phone and didn’t realize the price, so I needed a refund.
