Was not going to leave a review but the few times ive gone and my husband the wait is long i understand they have customers but it seems as soon as you get checked in and let them know the reason why you’re there it seems they go by them choosing whoever customer they want instead of going, whoever comes first gets served first. I am only with Verizon for the 5g Ultra Wideband coverage which is the best other than that Verizon lacks in customer service, professional employees, etc. Today experiene in Salinas store was not great which I honeslty don't like to go to cell phone stores. First they gave me a hard time swaping a activated device on my account for another one so nothing changes on my account except new device but it turned into a whole long detial discussion and sim card was needed for this activation and the reason to go to verizon in fir... read more
