If I could give zero starts to this location I would!!! Do not go here! Today I went to the store to ask questions about my first bill cycle because it was too high. They added a lot of things without my consent and were charging me for a whole different plan that I had not picked when I decided to change to Verizon. The customer service here sucks. Unqualified workers who instead of doing their jobs of explaining things about the phone are trying to flirt with customers. Very unprofessional place.
