Not very helpful staff, they would rather talk to each other than to customers. I was literally actively ignored by two employees just standing in the front talking. Making eye contact with me but refusing to acknowledge my presence. Until I had to walk up and ask them if they worked there. Finally getting the service I should have had 20 minutes ago. Over all lazy employees with zero work ethic. I'm not saying don't go, just don't expect to have helpful service. It's a Verizon store you get what you get.
