Refuse to help me because I didn’t have my ID they take 4-6 weeks to come in. DMV sent me a PDF and they still didn’t want to take it smh.
Don’t even try to get help here… they will do whatever they can do have you call in and resolve your issues. What happened to customer service?! The store representative should have sat there with us the whole time instead he was too worried about the number of customers instead of the quality of work. I highly recommend to go to the branch on stock dale highway, they instantly helped us!
