Shout out to the Security who works at this location..he was more helpful than the employees who work there. Employees do the bare minimum and dont help customers like theyre suppposed to. There are groups of 4 or 5 employees talking to each other and keep customers waiting. If customers have questions they dont answer anything they just let customers know to sign in. They have a kiosk to pay your bill there was no need to wait but security let me know that information NOT the employees who work there. Absolutely ridiculous.... read more
I’m going to give a 2 star due to a worker named Tyra. She pretended to be kind to me until she saw my husband’s American flag hat from the marine co on my head. Then suddenly, she had me waiting for over 30 minutes just to see if a phone was in stock. Then she tried to exchange my new 256gb phone for a 100gb phone thinking I wouldn’t notice.
