Went in to make a payment. Multiple employees standing around on their phones. Was about to be approached by one employee when others told him to stop. I had questions I wanted answered but seems like the entire staff today didn’t want to do their job

I have been with AT&T for most of my cell phone life, and recently lived in a small town that didn’t have them so I switched to Xfinity. Well, I moved back to Bakersfield and there is no Xfinity here so I came to Verizon because AT&T is VERY expensive. The person who greeted me at the door turned out to be the manager, and he was really friendly and very helpful.
