I was trying to switch carriers to Verizon but the representatives in the store were not very clear in explaining the process. I was trying to get a grasp of the process but the reps were really pushing for the sale and they said that I couldn’t use my same device that I had to get a new phone.
Horrible service. The employees were extremely rude and uniformed. Safe yourself the annoyance and avoid this store!
I have had a terrible experience with this store. I went to the store to setup a business account and was told I would receive credits, phones, flat rates per line, etc. Jose Sibrian and David M (store regional manager) have since ignored every call and I am stuck trying to contract Verizon through an automated system. I came into this store today because I had malware on my phone. Aijha, D, and the store manager, Bobby were amazing! I will definitely return and recommend them in the future.
I'm just gonna be honest with there today. To get stuff transferred on to my new phone, and I will say this much the individual, the black guy did not want to help sit there, telling me that he can't do it. We can hook up cables to it to transfer stuff off the old phone to the new phone. I would say this also, you need to sell out to Best Buy This way, that service is better at best.
