Breanna and Tyler were so helpful! They made the process of buying a much needed new iPhone so smooth and I felt like they gave me their undivided attention to make sure I understood everything. Highly recommend!
Total scammers Will straight out lie to you. Go to YouTube channel ChosenWon and listen to recorded calls from Verizon lying. The uploads were on 3-6-26 from.calls made 3-4-26 & 3-6-26. Don't believe anything they tell you and read everything first before you sign anything. Verizon used to be great but not anymore. Google Verizon lying to customers. You'll run out of time before you run out of articles. BEWARE.
This store sucks!! I walked in they were super rude and it took them forever to even acknowledge me. I will go to any other store to avoid dealing with these people!!
Sheyna was super kind and helpful. We're TMobile customers, but Verizon had an incredible sale on cases and screen protectors for our phones. We ordered online and picked up in the store. Sheyna helped us get our products and asked us if we were interested in swapping to Verizon. When I told her no, she didn't push the issue or harass me about it. Thank you Sheyna for giving me a great impression of Verizon and quality customer service.
