Mostly terrible customer service experience. I went in here because I have an xfinity phone that was ported over to verizon. I have a verizon sim in the phone and it works on the network already. They failed to figure out how my phone could be activated on their network and told me it was a "fluke" that it worked and "it's not supposed to work" on the verizon network. They sent me to xfinity who sent me back to verizon. All I had to do was put my old xfinity sim card in to get past the set up screen then pop the verizon sim ... read more

Do you ever feel like a business is out to scam you? I was referred to fixing my phone at a third party store rather than Verizon. What is the point of these expensive plans?

I needed help accessing my account and my billing statement. Matt was great! I had already tried accessing the information online and using the online chat feature with no success. It was a huge relief to find such a helpful team member, and I was also impressed by how quickly we were helped. Great experience!

I returned my phones in perfect condition after 8 days they give you 2 weeks I payed a 50 dollar restocking fee per phone. 3 weeks later the6 somehow kept my payment information after I closed the account and charged me 2230.35 for the 2 returned phones. I came in this morning 28th July 2025 john the manager was bar far the worst gave no effort to help and blew other customers off while chatting with his colleagues. Absolutely worst service I've ever had would highly not recommend
