Awful, unhelpful staff that won't even bother to assist you with issues THEY caused. I got shoo'd out of this location to a 3rd party store to pick up an order they rung up for me (presumably to get the commission off of it) with the condition that I'd have to come back after to trade in my phone, but when I came back the very next day they told me, despite a bill in my hand that showed the trade in being registered and the discount form it being applied, that I hadn't done the trade in, and that I'd have to go to a UPS stor... read more
My phone had seen better days and it needed replacement. I'd gone to another store and immediately got a hard sell to spend more on a plan, etc. I came to this store and Aiden was great. He found me a phone and a case, and got my data moved onto the new phone. He was very nice and very professional. Highly recommended
I joined Verizon and traded in our old phones to receive new phones for "free" (via monthly device credits). The store manager didn't understand the trade in process, even though I explained it to him. Against my wishes, he CANCELLED the trade in and resubmitted, which voided the promotion on my account. I've been dealing with being overbilled now for over a year. On top of it all, the manager said there was nothing he could do to fix it. Worthless. Can’t help with activating phone in person. Verizon’s customer service line is ran by a useless robot who doesn’t understand English. Completely useless.
