Brandon took amazing care of us, and I cannot rave about him enough. He took the time to ensure every need was met & that every question was answered. After having a rather lengthy phone call with customer service in store — I was flustered and Brandon was able to bring a little more clarity to the situation. We appreciate him so much and will definitely look to work with him in the future.

I have been dealing with fixing this replacement phone for over a week with the store in hixson and customer service getting no where I came to he Gunbarrell location and Jordy had it activated and I was in and out. If you need help I recommend Gunbarrell store they are awesome.
So Verizon charges $3o bucks to 'fix' my phone of unwanted apps- or I can leave if I don't want to pay the helpful rep told me!! great service! Great customer service! Changing service asap- tired of Verizon 'sticking it to me '-
