The employee Elvis almost cost us $900 because he was too busy trying to condescend to my wife and I instead of listening to what we needed. This guy cancels a trade in, which I didn’t authorize, then tells me to call Verizon? Incompetent, lazy, and patronizing.
Only use these guys if you plan on getting $20 added to your bill every month. And don’t worry when you show up to ask why, they’re clueless and can’t do anything to help you. They’ll just tell you to sit on the phone with customer service because they’re too lazy to fix the problems they’ve created. They sell you on a deal that sounds good then month after month all the sneaky discounts they apply go away and you’re left with a much larger bill then they told you, you would be paying.
