Terrible service and rude. Everytime I come into this location this is the only location where I don't get customer service. The workers here only care about sales no service! That speaks volumes...I came in for questions and the guy at the front didn't bother helping me until I said I was interested in a new phone. Phone's screen showed signs of failing soon, so we visited Verizon on Gunbarrel Road. Excellent service from Brandon, who discussed options and then transferred data from old phone to new. We really appreciate Brandon, whose patience and experience made our visit an overall success.
Had a horrible experience with Reno. I bought a new phone with him. He decided to keep the old phone on my plan and just give it a new phone number without my consent. This caused my bill to skyrocket which I had to call customer support to get that extra line cancelled. He was not helpful and didn’t seem to know what he was doing.
My husband and I purchased 2 phones on Saturday may 30 2026 from Verizon wireless on gunbarrel road.after having a TERRIBLE experience from T-Mobile. Our salesman did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend.
