Update -- just went to this store and could not have had more unhappiness with it. Walking in, it felt like i was walking into a club. This Verizon store represents all the deterioration in our world. Sammy was the one to "help" me. I went in looking for a new flip phone, and he couldn't have been more unhelpful. Wouldn't even show me the sole model they had in the store, and could not speak to me about where I could find one to use with my Verizon account. Lynne is FABULOUS. She helped me buy a mophie and offered to charge it and teach me how to charge and use it. Clean store with great customer service and not overly crowded.
Representatives lie through their teeth just to get their commissions. Misinforming about the details of their plans and the way changes will affect your plan/billing. The next time you come and ask for explanation they play dumb and look at you as a weirdo. They themselves can’t believe the mess they created. The phone customer service just pretends to help too but often nothing is done. It’s no different than ATT or TMobile. They all suck.
