I’ve lost over 10 hours dealing with some of the most incompetent representatives at Verizon. The employee who handled my phone upgrade gave me a device with a major SIM card issue, and when I returned, her colleague admitted she was inexperienced and had messed up my account. To make matters worse, my bill tripled because of how the upgrade was flagged. Got it done, took around 2 hours to get new phone set up.
Takes forever. Hire some more people please
I went inside to get a phone, everyone was unhappy, I was unhappy too, and I just walked back out.
