Not sure why this particular Verizon store isn’t sporting higher than a 3.1 star rating, but it’s absolutely not because of people like Alex ! This guy spent warm, quality time with us in setting up our new IP17s and really took us under his wing to make sure that we were taken care of and that we had a great customer experience. The worst customer service… I been client to Verizon over 13 years … and this people look like they didn’t want to work, or sell I wanted information to replace my apple watch even to Exchange my iPhone … but after the attitude this girl work there .. I said no thank you .
Been here for over an hr to be helped, but the staff keeps ignoring me. People who came in after me were already helped. I asked for help for the 3rd time and they told me to do it on the Verizon app. So I am leaving the store with my question not answered.
