I recently upgraded my phone and plan. The upgrade included the Disney+ Bundle. At the time of upgrade, it was explained to me that Verizon Wireless would take over my Disney+ subscription . 3 days after my upgrade I notice that my subscription had not been updated, I visit the store and ask them for assistance. After looking into my account Verizon determines it is a Disney+ issue, they give me a number to call and walk away. We ordered a new phone online and had the option to pick up at the store. The representatives who were at the store on 3/22/25 around 5:30pm, were extremely helpful. They answered all of our questions about the phone, service and iPad. Overall, easy access and check out.

Today I stopped in to do an early upgrade a being a former store manager at Verizon there is a reason Armando didn’t close the sale today. Number one, when someone wants to upgrade (I have a iPhone 15 pro) I went in wanting the 16 pro and he says to me “upgrading isn’t even worth it” then I said I came in know what I want. So if this employee is under performing he is likely walking ALOT of business out the door. I have been a customer of Verizon for a very long time. Every time We changed phones and faced issues, we went to the nearest Verizon store where excellent and skilled customer service reps have helped. Today I went to the Narcoosee store in Lake Nona because the apps icons disappeared from the screen on my wife's S24 Ultra. When asked for help. the employee there told us "WE ARE HERE TO SELL PHONES, NOT TO TROUBLESHOT. ADDITIONALLY I USE AN IPHONE, CAN'T HELP" we were asked to call the warranty company.
