My husband and I just traded in our old iPhones for new ones, and we want to give a huge shout-out to CHRIS, the young man who helped us. We had lots of questions and talked about a myriad of scenarios, and he was not only patient, but very knowledgeable about each one and able to tell us what pricing for each scenario would be – all while having a great attitude and personality. Whatever he’s making, I think he deserves a raise!

Came to this VERIZON store for an upgraded phone. Tried to RETURN the phone and was DENIED to return the phone to this same store I picked it up from by NOAH!! Called CORPORATE and they said they did not have the right to DENY a customer to RETURN a phone! Went to VERIZON Millenia and they helped me with no problems! Please don’t waste your time at this HORRIBLE location.

I do not recommend visiting this Verizon store. If you decide to come, be aware that Jose Mendez is the worst representative I’ve ever dealt with. From the start, the store was completely empty — and now I understand why. Jose didn’t know the information I asked for, and he had to keep going back to ask someone else. After I clearly explained what I needed, he told me that everything had to be handled by phone through customer service. The store from management to staff is poorly run. Even though the store is always empty they find a way to do the least amount of work possible. They directed me to call customer service, mail in returns (even though the system had the return) and refused to contact directly customer service for guidance. Adrian who claimed to be the store manager was unhelpful in the process to return an upgrade phone.
