Speechless
What an unbelievable experience! Went in for a simple billing question that turned south very quickly. Not only did the guy seem to not want to take action with our situation but we end up catching him lieing twice. He claimed that they were a “sales” store and had no ability to bring up our bill. He also said that the Lee Vista store wouldn’t be able to take care of our situation either and that it had to be done over the phone. Very Courteous,Professional, Knowledgeable and last but not least, Very helpful.
Great service. Was helped by Jose changing carriers. He did all the work adding new apps, signing me up for Veteran discounts and more. Now I have all the streaming platforms and pay less than I paid for the base package on the other carrier.
