Excellent experience getting new phones and upgrading our plan. Kharnicia was wonderful to work with. Presented options with no pressure. Got our phones activated and we were out in 30 minutes.
I went to this location a couple of times to pay my bill and when you first walk in it has a sewer type smell I don't see how them people can breathe in there. After I was greeted the lady told me to use the kiosk which never works for me. She told me to wait I guess since I didn't use the kiosk they decided to make me stand there for 15-20 minutes as I watch multiple associates act like they are busy.
