Be aware Verizon commits fraud. I quit their service months ago and was signed up and charged without my consent. Any attempt to reach a human is shut down and redirected to a robot. So, on top of committing fraud they are going to force me to take legal action to even begin speaking to a human.

The associate told me to hang on a minute and then just left. I waited for 10 minutes before alerting another associate whom had to go get the first one. I then had to be on hold with the Verizon call center for another 15 minutes. The whole time there are 3 associates standing around doing nothing.

The manager (not sure if this is manager but looks bossy for sure. red-bearded gentleman, didn't catch his name) provided some of the worst customer service. I came to pick up a device I ordered the day before. My Verizon app correctly shows me as an Account Manager on our family plan, but the store's system incorrectly listed three identical primary account owners. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or explore any options, he immediately told me to call Verizon customer service, where I waited on hold for over 40 minute... read more
