Avoid Verizon if you can. I had 2 device that I had cancelled service too, that Verizon had record of me cancelling service too, and they kept charging our family plan. One of those Ipads, was purchased and returned that same week, and they kept charging us for service to an IPad that was returned for 2 years. Being that we were on auto pay the details of the bill went unnoticed. They do not answer the telephone when called. It is incredibly frustrating. EDIT: Please note that I had been working with Verizon Business team (via telephone) and their supervisor was unable to communicate with anyone in the store, either. When a supervisor of a business unit cannot even reach a local representative, you know communication is broken. I find this ironic and incredibly poor leadership, coming from a communications company.

Traded in my damaged phone without an issue. I was given a 140 dollar credit for my old phone but I would need to return it to a Verizon store within 30 days. Went to turn it in and was told that I would only receive a 72.50 credit because the information that was entered by the employee at the time of purchase didn’t match or was incorrect. It appears that the employee at the Bellevue store entered incorrect information to inflate the trade in credit to make a sale.
