I went in to disconnect my service because I'm switching to a new provider and it was not as I expected. They didn't try to sell me anything at all, only provided friendly help to me get disconnected. If I had to do it over again, I would come to this location.
Going forward before telling customers to reset their phone and deactivating their phone let ensure your system can process out the order that was placed.
