Tyler Sanchez is the most attitude-ridden, rude, unprofessional and impersonal customer service agent I have ever encountered! He was rude, impersonal, unhelpful, and an ugly character. Visit this store only if you need further reasons to leave Verizon. For a corporate store, they are well below standards of service.
This place is the slowest phone store I've ever been in. I've literally been here an hour and 15 minutes since they added me to the que. I'm still waiting to be helped, haven't even had someone come over to start talking about an upgrade. There's 4+ employees here so why such a wait? How long will this end up taking?
I purchased a new phone at the store on Saturday and received good service but unfortunately my new phone had a few glitches that were not conducive to my phone needs. I went back to the store on Tuesday and Josue and Joe (the manager) helped me get a new phone and were very helpful in their explanations to me and getting me a new phone that would meet all of my phone needs. I appreciate their service and kindness, these are good qualities to see in business dealings today. Thank you
