I went in to get my apple watch Ultra 3 activated with cellular and see if they could fix an issue I was having. While there I overheard a couple sitting right next to me trying to buy a new iPhone. However, the verizon employees were having an issue getting them the iPhone since it was out of stock. I casually stirred up a nice conversation with the couple. Tyler Sanchez is the worst representative I've ever met, he is very misleading promising me three lines one of them being some sort of promotion. He instead went ahead and connected the the two apple products lines and were just stuck paying full price
Terrible customer service
We went in today to figure out a deal for a watch. We were waiting for 30 ish minutes. The guy who was going to handle us specifically asked an other associate who was next. He said we were, then we looked at this associate blatantly walked pass us to go to the next individual on the list. That was the most disrespectful thing we had the displeasure of experiencing and we will be reporting this store to HQ because they definitely need to be retrained.
