Went in to get my phone fixed and Chad was able to get it working in moments!
I made an appointment on line, when I arrived,I was helped almost immediately. Danielle expertly resolved a problem with a new phone issue. Very happy with the service.
Wasn't receiving verification codes in my text messages. Went to a Verizon retail store. They did nothing to help. Called Verizon tech. jaun tried to help but couldn't, so he sent me a replacement phone (my insurance covered the cost) Still couldn't receive codes. Came to this Verizon. Thanks to Sarah, Danielle & Mitch for taking time to help me. After a lot of effort on their part, I am now receiving my codes. Thank you so much for all your help today. God bless. Christine
