Was met with hostility from trying to inquire about what to do with my broken phone - William along with a gentleman behind the counter whom tossed his phone the moment I expected customer service dismissed me and told me I am supposed to call a number which they neglected to provide me while they along with a lady stared me down as I left the store. Don’t go here - I’ll try back on Balltown rd, they helped me there when I bought the phone. Picture is on their store window!

Told me I could trade in my phone paid 1000$ for it juts for them to tell I can’t. Everyone stands around and don’t do nothing to help their clients

By far the best experience I have had with Verizon. I woke last week to a request to pay for service and my phone turned off. I am visiting from Iowa so I looked for the nearest Verizon. I’m so used to getting little done but this location was amazing. They were not busy and the staff were well trained and went right to work. I had three people working on it. After a bit a manager came out and took over. He stayed with it to resolution. They got my phone back up and running and I already had the bill paid through autopay. Th... read more

Christy Ryan and James went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me yesterday and today. We placed an order online and there was an issue verifying our identity. After being on the phone for hours and having to come back the next because of store hours, and then leaving because we thought it couldn’t be fixed… I get a text from Christy saying they were still working on it after we left, and BOOM, they got it. Been a Verizon customer for over 15 years and after my experience at this store I'm finally done with this company. The last couple years, my cell service has continued to get worse while my bill goes up. I called customer support to address the issue and they told me it was an outdated SIM card on my iPhone XR and they'd send me a newer one overnight in the mail. The SIM never came over night and Verizon automatically turned on the new SIM before I ever received it in the mail. So I woke up this morning to no cell service o... read more
