I have visited the new Verizon store on Rt 50 in sararoga 3 times for help on my newly purchased I pad. And new 16e Amazon phone. Previously I had not updated since a 6 , a lot of new technology, and iCloud info, so many unfamiliar applications .. I was lost , But Marvin, a fairly new employees wasEXTREMEMY WARM , friendly, articulate , informed and conformed my phone to adapt to my particular needs and usage !!!!. This was the worst experience I've ever had. I lost my phone which is on the Visible network so I went to a Verizon store to purchase a replacement hoping to keep my number, however, the person who helped me couldn't do it due to my not having access to my Gmail account that the number was linked to. Instead of saying, I'm sorry, I can't do that. He sent me home with the number for Google ads and told me to call them. The problem is you cannot ever reach a person at Google. If you have any problems your battery will probably die before they answer. I've been waiting 45 minutes and am still waiting for customer service to answer.. the other day was 40 minutes and then they said they were experiencing technical necklace difficulties and would call back, but never did.
