Been a Verizon customer for over 15 years and after my experience at this store I'm finally done with this company. The last couple years, my cell service has continued to get worse while my bill goes up. I called customer support to address the issue and they told me it was an outdated SIM card on my iPhone XR and they'd send me a newer one overnight in the mail. Horrible service and total inexperienced employee and manager. They illegally got onto my account without any ID and screwed up both phones on my account. They switched phone numbers and shut my phone down completely. They were rude and ruined my daughters 16th birthday as well. There names were Ryan who was the one who got into my account originally and Christy was the so called manager who told me she couldn't fix there problem and it was now up to me to get them fixed. After visiting 5 Different Verizon stores we finally found help. The manager was amazing, patient and knowledgeable. He was able to fix our issues and we highly recommend!
Terrible customer care. Lazy crew. I went to buy a new iPhone and the as hole guy didn't want to sell because I didn't take their stupid payment plans. Never go there. Poor service
