Sad but definitely a true review. Save yourself the headache and call the Verizon customer service team via the phone. Myself along with 5 others waited for almost an hour before leaving due to them not opening at their scheduled time. We could see someone inside walking around but when you call no one would answer. I called customer service to verify the hours they were open and they said the store should be open. After having a terrible experience at Veizon Novi, going to this store has been night and day! The associate Brian was extremely helpful, and walked me through what I was looking to do. Very helpful, fantastic customer service, I could not recommend him and this store enough!
Brian waited on us and could not have been nicer, knowledgeable and polite. Thx k you.
Representative, Alex, was so helpful and kind. He was a great guy to chat with while my partner was purchasing a new phone. 4 stars because my representative was not as personable. Alex really outdid himself though.
