I recently had a wonderful experience with associate Hussein. I was initially worried about the process of switching carriers, but I was reassured and helped through every step of the process. I am very satisfied after visiting the store and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.
Came here to get my mom a new phone about two weeks ago and was very pleasantly surprised with the service! We made an appointment online so we didn’t have to wait very long and Kyle took amazing care of us. He was very polite, professional, and made an experience that is usually stressful for my mom who hates technology, fun!
Hussein was amazing. No games, no bs, I told him exactly what I wanted when I came in and he made it happen. One of the easiest experiences I’ve had and I will definitely be visiting again in the future when I decide to upgrade my phone.
I walked into this store with a bad feeling the employees would try to make some commission on me and my family because that’s the unfortunate truth with businesses these days. After walking into this Verizon store I can say with 100% confidence my mentality was wrong. Sad but definitely a true review. Save yourself the headache and call the Verizon customer service team via the phone. Myself along with 5 others waited for almost an hour before leaving due to them not opening at their scheduled time. We could see someone inside walking around but when you call no one would answer. I called customer service to verify the hours they were open and they said the store should be open.
