Jeremy and his team have been genuinely awesome to work with. I've had some not great experience in the past with corporate locations but Jeremy and crew have completely won me over. Really friendly and helpful!
This is hands down the best and most helpful store and team that I have ever dealt with. They are so patient and knowledgeable. They do not just try to "sell" you product like most stores do. Thank you so much!
I sat with a question for an hour and a half and they sure weren't moving very fast. The few people that were there they were helping. It took the whole time I was there for them to help those people. I don't feel that I should have to sit for so long. Just to ask a simple question. Highly recommend if you enjoy wasting your time! Had a 3:00 appointment. Must’ve been 3:25 before anyone even spoke to us. Said they were understaffed, which I understand, but doesn’t excuse the actions of their manager. He was the one who was helping us with what we needed and it was probably about 3:35 when he sat with us. He told us he needed “1-2 minutes” while he ran to the back and grabbed something.
