I bought a new phone Friday, a long wait because they were busy, not a big deal. Everyone was kind and helpful. Today, I go to drop off my trade in, and the employee, different from the one Friday, was trying to convince me to keep my old phone, open another line, and have a back up phone for a tinder account. I had a terrible experience going here. The associate, I think his name Jim Locke, was very unhelpful. I’m looking to make a simple plan upgrade from ultimate plus to unlimited ultimate plus, I feel like this shouldn’t be too hard? In that being said Jim told me to call customer service, and he did not help with anything. Made me talk with customer service the whole time.
