Worst customer service ever. Employees have no clue what they’re doing and take hours.
Every time I come to this store I get a great specialist that understands exactly what to. Today I thought I had an extra difficult issue but Bill Matti was emotionally supportive (I was worried), listened without interruption, and fully understood how to resolve the issue. Additionally, he wanted to make sure he was capturing the whole issue and asked to repeat it back to me. very validating and supportive. Great experience! Thanks Verizon!!!!!!
After setting up my new device at home, I went to the Verizon store in Novi on 1/12/26 to trade in my old phone. When I came in, I waited up front while a staff member was finishing up with a customer. After a couple minutes, this customer left and I was the only one up front. I walked towards the staff and he just stared at me without a greeting, smile, or a “how can I help?” I asked him if I needed to sign in on the tablet first or if he could help me.
