IF THERE WAS A NEGATIVE RATING I WOULD GIVE IT TO THIS STORE. i went to turn in a phone after doing a device buy-out offer from VERIZON and on that same day was told that they have a promo going to where you could keep the trade in for FREE AS A SECONDARY LINE, no mention about having to pay any activation fees or anything, TOLD IT WAS FREE. then i kept getting emails and txts from verizon stating i needed to return trade in device. go back to store to turn in AGAIN and was told everything was fixed and the bill adjusted! ge... read more
