Every single time I get helped by Kiley something gets messed up. I quit going to the Delphos store because of the mistakes she makes, now she works at the Lima store. I will never shop at the Lima store again as long as she's employed there.

Saher and Tyler are great, they straightened everything out. A new guy at the store that’d only been there a month put us through a nightmare but Saher and Tyler stepped up the next day when we came back in and made everything easy and transparent. They’re very knowledgeable and honest.
We went to the Allentown Road location and had the absolute best experience with Evelyn helping us. She was knowledgeable, very personable, and willing to help us. By far our best experience we’ve had!
