Staff was knowledgeable but the service was fair
1 star is too high for these scam artists. They doubled my bill for months. I signed up for 70$ a month yet they charge me literally double. I called the Verizon number, struggled with their ai system, and was told by a service member over the phone that I have been charged for the cloud service when I did not want that service, they must be intentionally adding charges to people's accounts or they are simply incompetent.
