Verizon didn’t send me a text/email asking about a survey or review, so I want to make sure someone sees that John over at the Muncie Verizon store and his colleagues were very kind and helpful today. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store and immediately addressed the issue. I had to briefly wait as there were several people in the store at the time. Someone ahead of me had a misunderstanding and was getting very loudly/angrily wrong. John handled him very professionally.
I have been having trouble with my phone for a week now. I tried everything the YouTube videos showed me to do. I walked in to the Verizon store and Jay fixed my phone in a matter of 2 minutes! He was amazing!
I went to the store yesterday to get a new account for me and my 3 kids. Jay helped me set everything up. He explained everything well. Very good customer service, very helpful.
