Would give this a zero if I could. The associate that helped me made me feel like the stupidest person on this earth was super rude and didn’t even solve my problem for me. It was a minor issue. Will never be going to this Verizon again.
..Stacie was amazing and understanding full of spunk.. We got 2 new phones. Update::: came in 9/23/25 Met with Eric he is awesome got a new phone for our daughter ❤️ Update :::came in 9/24/25 Met with Eric again got a new phone for our son plus a tablet I love Verizon products.. Haven't had any problems with any of their products or services however I wish transferring was quicker when moving stuff from one phone to the next...
Would give a zero if I could. Just went there tonight to get two new phones. I guess because my hair is gray, I am stupid! I was met by the most rude man. I said I didn’t want to change my plan and just wanted to get two new phones that didn’t cost and arm and leg. He proceeded to tell me that I had to change my plan and they didn’t have to do anything I wanted, I just had to do what they wanted or else. I know online reviews tend to skew negative because positive experiences are taken for granted, so I’ll leave this here to say that my wife and I had a wonderful experience working with the in person team at the McGalliard store. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, and quick. You can tell that this location has excellent management. (Bonus tip: often the in-store deals and offers are better than those available via the website, because the stores try to compete with the site for customers.)
