Don't trust them, received a "free phone"... the $1 a month I'm saving (added $23 a month) over an extra line is terrible. What am I going to do, take the new phone from my kid? Scam scam scam, glad you made it easy to leave Verizon
They are slow and have entitled attitudes
Customer service was lacking, representative was quick to blame other non corporate stores for online communication error, yet didn’t offer to call customer and verify any corrective issues, basically blaming me for ordering online instead of coming in to a “corporate store”.
