Very slow service.
I have mixed feelings about this Verizon Store. Sometimes they are helpful but they focus too much on trying to sell you every little thing and they aren’t very efficient. I don’t feel like sitting in the store all day. Don’t recommend going there. I went the other day and was very disappointed. My mother and I walked in and no one acknowledged or looked at us. Very bad experience, we bought a new Samsung A23 5G on 06/21/2025, and they said at the shop that the device was unlocked from Verizone, and ready to use it with other operators. But we reset it to factory values and the mobile device don't allow us to install a new operator.
Frustrating experience, my changes to my plan were never completed though I was told it was done. I felt rushed out the door after waiting 10 to 15 min to speak w a sales agent. Between the sale/incomplete set up and dealing with customer service via chat at home, I returned the phone. This is the 2nd bad experience out of the 2x Ive been to this location.
Terrible customer service. I visited this store on Sunday. When I went in, there was one representative sitting at the table with a customer. There was another customer walking around talking on her phone. The rep did not greet me, say hi, or even acknowledge that I was in the store. After a few minutes, I watched the rep get up and walk to the back door of the showroom. He talked to someone (sounded female) and then returned, alone, to his customer.
