Austin worked with my Aunt and I to get her added to my plan. I live another state away but he made the whole process so easy and even got us additional discounts, even though I met the max discount of 4 or more people on our plan, he managed to find something! He was extremely kind and helpful!

This review is about Verizon’s backend porting system and customer support, not the local store staff. I transferred 4 lines to Verizon around Christmas 2025. All devices were received and activated at the same time. One line failed to port correctly and ended up active on both networks simultaneously. I contacted Verizon support in early January. amazing customer service
We went into this store to take advantage of a trade in offer we saw on the app for our phones. We waited in the queue and when it was finally our turn - the employee was super unhelpful and basically told us we had to do it ourselves through the app. When we asked questions - like are we going to lose applied discounts - he was gave non answers.
