My wife and I went to this location as we were changing our service from AT&T and relocating to Florida. Thinking we might get better service there with this company . Well our service is far worse and calls are dropped every day billing is a mess This Knoxville locations employees/staff are incompetent and completely dishonest. Promised me one thing and we got something else.
