The guy that Helped me was so Wonderful. Im Really Technology challenged and He was So Helpful and Understanding. Drove all the way from Sweetwater to the Knoxville Store. Very Glad I did. Much More Helpful and Friendly than the Store we Normally go to , Only Because it was close by. From now on we will travel back to the Turkey Creek Facility. Thanks Again. Great Job.

I came in after having an issue transferring my number from my old iPhone 13 to a new iPhone 17. Tyler at the store quickly came to my assistance and was extremely helpful and helped resolved the issue within 20 minutes and had me on my way. I couldn’t be happier with Tyler and his friendly and professional approach, if I ever have an issue again I have full confidence the he or the rest of the team will be able to resolve quickly.

Went to get a fix on a bad sim card for my Iphone. The gentleman who I asked for assistance pulled up my account then told me I was not the primary user and he needed that person's ID to authorize a fix to the sim card. I am on a shared plan with my parents still and they do not live in this state so he cannot be onsite as he requested. Told me that sucks I can't help you.
