One star because can't give zero. Good at selling - non existent for customer service at Turkey Creek corporate store. When asking about a customer service issue, you will be told "Verizon doesn't allow us to address that but here is a list of phone numbers for you to call to get help." If one tries phone numbers you will be put into an endless maze or told to visit a website.
