So for all of us Verizon phone people, have you got your notification of getting a $20 credit to your account. I have 4 lines and 1 $20 credit is for all 4 of the line. What kind of "Were sorry for the inconvenience of not having our (expensive) service for 10 hours, so we are going to give you a $20 credit to your phone bill, and only after 2 billing cycles. I am definitely going to be switching service providers after this. I was a Verizon customer from the very beginning this is unacceptable no matter how it is seen.
Absolutely horrendous service at this location. The representative that assisted us was condescending, combative and grossly unprofessional. Not only was he incapable of providing basic level technical support, but he also felt inclined to lecture and belittle a 92-year-old woman. Plenty of other representatives were available and could overhear our conversation, but no one else offered assistance.
I took my son there for a new phone. tyler was rude and acted like it was a bother for him to help us. We had an appointment. My wife got the same phone a week ago and now he decided this time to charge all kind of extra charges because he was in a bad mood i guess.
