Worst customer service!
My mom and I went to the Verizon corporate store for billing issues. We spent 2 hrs on the phone with customer service and getting nowhere. Chris N., a respresentive at the store used his resources with the corporate call center and he was relentless to find solutions. He knows the value of customer service. Chris is an asset to Verizon. Next time use a corporate store not a indirect store.
I went in to make payment. No one wanted to help me kiosk white male and the Mexican young lady was Very Unhelpful!
