I want to give a HUGE shoutout to the Verizon team in Griffin, GA (Store 2252601). From the moment I walked in, every representative was welcoming even while assisting other customers, they made sure to acknowledge me. That alone stood out. This is the worst place if you are an existing customer needing ANY type of help. They are there only to SELL. If you are new to Verizon, you will get the best experience, but as soon as your first inconvenient hits... The only help you are gonna receive is a customer service number so you can sit for 4 hours on the phone hoping you get a solution.
