My mother received a new phone and iPad for Christmas. For some reason we couldn't get it to connect. We went to Verizon on Broad st, in Sumter Dec 26 and was helped by Lou Tomlin (I believe was her name). They had a good bit waiting to be helped, when we walked in. Lou tooked her time with helping us. Not only was she patient with us, my sister was on the phone, who purchased the items was getting help from her also.
