Had an absolute horrible experience over the phone and decided to come into the store instead!! And boy they did not disappoint!! Destiny and Ray were so professional, handled everything I needed, made me feel like family! All around great experience from the verizon crew in sumter!!
Website showed 6 17 Pro in stock. Upon arriving the rep in store stated they have none and you must order and have shipped to you. I would have called before going there but their store number will not get you to this location. Have had Verizon for 20 plus years and looks like it will be time to change.

I have business services and it was the biggest mistake I made, working with this particular store. I have only been working with this store for 3 months. They claim they can't help with business services in store and there is a person that comes in to do services but that person doesn't have a set schedule. The wait is ALWAYS long and I don't really get any help when I'm there. I had to go to the store in Columbia just to get help!
